Assembled each year in Solera "also called perpetual reserve"; the Solera is made up of 4 years of Champagne harvest.
On the palate, this authentic white wine is fresh and delicious with its very present citrus aromas.
Blanc de Blancs 100% Chardonnay, the Champagne hillsides "the last one" will seduce you with its softness and elegance.
Excellent as an aperitif, it goes delicately with seafood and fish in sauce.
