CUVÉE PARADIS BLANC
“Victim of its own success”
Cuvee exclusively composed of Chardonnay. Its minerality and its very present fruit aromas make it a Champagne of great freshness.
Food/wine pairing: Aperitif, excellent with a puff pastry of cod or a seafood platter.
The robe is of a delicate straw yellow with light gold reflections. The effervescence is very fine and underlines the brilliance.
The first olfactory impression is of dried fruits, quickly replaced by mirabelle then by white flowers. Sweet notes of acacia honey and tangy touches of orange jam and lemon chutney appear.
Verbena and gingerbread bring more aromatic notes.
The taste attack presents a beautiful vivacity that lasts throughout. The aromas in the mouth evoke the dry biscuit, as well as the spices. This impression, together with a noble bitterness, underlines the finish.
This very fresh Champagne will go well with fish, in sauce or puff pastry, or seafood.
