This specificity, a guarantee of quality, allows an optimal development of aromas and the creation of an exceptional richness.

Indeed, most of our cuvees are matured in our cellars for an average of 3 years and 5 years for our millésimés and the Cuvee Carré d'Argent.

After ageing, our wines are disgorged and rest again for an average of 6 to 12 months in the cellar before being offered to you.

The maison Delaunois D & Fils signs cuvees that are distinguished by their balance, their freshness, remarkable fruity aromas and their great complexity.
